FOR DOGS

DHLPP - Distemper Series - Must be current within one (1), two (2) or three (3) years depending on the vaccination your veterinarian uses.

RABIES - Must be current within one (1), two (2) or three (3) years depending on the vaccination your veterinarian uses.

BORDETELLA - Must be current within one (1) year. This vaccination protects against upper respiratory infections and/or Canine Cough.

**Please note the Bordetella vaccine protects your pet against the virus.  This DOES NOT mean your pet is completely exempt from contracting the virus**
 

FOR CATS

FVRCP - Upper Respiratory - Must be current within one (1), two (2) or three (3) years depending on the vaccination your veterinarian uses.

RABIES - Must be current within one (1), two (2) or three (3) years depending on the vaccination your veterinarian uses.

**Proof of vaccinations are required for all boarding, grooming and daycare pets. (Note: For current clients, we do require proof of updated vaccines each time your pet gets them updated at the veterinarian. Also, proof of vaccines are required for pets that would like to come in for a tour.)  Please bring a copy of the most current vaccination record/receipt with you or have your veterinarian fax them directly to Wagg Inn Pet Hotel, LLC at 920-347-0345. **

**Required vaccinations are for your pets, other visiting pets and our staffs safety.  We reserve the right to prohibit guests lacking proof of vaccination**
